Agile Mastery Workshop

I successfully participated in the workshop "Agile Mastery: Empowering Teams for Project Success" organized by the Department of Computing, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.
This workshop provided practical exposure to Agile project management principles and modern team collaboration techniques. Through interactive activities and discussions, I gained valuable insights into Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, sprint planning, team dynamics, and effective project execution.
The experience enhanced my understanding of adaptive project management approaches and strengthened my ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.

FASEXPLORE 2025

I actively participated in FASEXPLORE 2025, the Festival of Science Exhibition organized by the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, held on 27th, 28th, and 29th June 2025.
As a member of the Official Media Unit, I served as an Official Compere throughout the event, facilitating stage proceedings, engaging with audiences, and ensuring the smooth coordination of program segments. This role strengthened my public speaking, event coordination, and audience engagement skills while contributing to the overall success of the exhibition.
In addition, I represented the Artificial Intelligence Stall as a Presenter, where I demonstrated AI-related concepts and applications to visitors, including school students, university students, academics, and industry representatives. This experience enhanced my ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible and engaging manner while promoting awareness of emerging technologies.
FASEXPLORE 2025 provided a valuable platform to combine technical knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, and leadership in a large-scale university event environment.

USBus – Mobile American Space (MAS) Program

I volunteered for the USBus – Mobile American Space (MAS) Program organized by the U.S. Embassy of Sri Lanka and hosted by Sarvodaya Fusion in collaboration with the Career Guidance Unit of Rajarata University of Sri Lanka on 22nd and 23rd January 2026.
As a volunteer, I assisted in coordinating program activities and supporting participants throughout the event. The program provided valuable exposure to STEM, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, leadership development, and international educational opportunities through interactive experiences such as Virtual Reality (VR), 3D printing, and EducationUSA sessions.
This experience strengthened my teamwork, communication, event coordination, and leadership skills while expanding my exposure to emerging technologies and global learning initiatives.


Sri Lanka Unites - Future Leaders Conference

I participated in the Future Leaders Conference 2016 organized by Sri Lanka Unites, held in Puttalam from 19th to 23rd August 2016 under the theme "Empower – Transform – Sustain."
The conference brought together young leaders from diverse backgrounds across Sri Lanka, providing opportunities to develop leadership, teamwork, communication, and social responsibility skills through interactive workshops, team-building activities, and collaborative discussions.
Participating in this program allowed me to engage with youth from different communities, broaden my perspective, and strengthen my commitment to leadership, unity, and positive social impact. The experience played an important role in shaping my confidence, interpersonal skills, and passion for community engagement.
